Your Responsibilities

Remotely operate power transmission assets, performing switching operations and monitoring equipment in real time to ensure safety, efficiency, and availability.

Support system restoration under normal and emergency conditions, following established procedures and work instructions.

Coordinate operational communication with the National Electric System Operator (ONS), transmission companies, and distribution companies, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Schedule interventions on system-critical equipment and issue external documentation to regulatory entities, ensuring continuity of pre-operational activities outside standard operating hours.

Apply ONS grid procedures and execute the Consolidated Daily Operating Program, supporting the real-time documentation management of interventions.

Record operational data and information in dedicated systems, providing input for reports and management analyses.

Comply with and promote Health, Safety, and Environmental Management standards applicable to operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanics, or related fields.

Intermediate knowledge of equipment and systems used in remotely operated facilities.

Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process flow diagrams.

Intermediate knowledge of ONS grid procedures and operational and dispatch processes.

Familiarity with operation, maintenance, and document management software.

Strong communication skills, with a collaborative, composed, and versatile profile for interacting with teams and external stakeholders.

Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet applications.
