TENA Marketing Activation Manager

Here is the Job Description:

Executes marketing plans according to brief from BMs across Brands and Channels

Is briefed by local BMs on marketing plans objectives, recommended touch points and A&P. In charge of media plan creation, execution and KPI follow up.

Supports sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation. Drives constructive dialogue with BM if A&P allocated is not sufficient based on Fewer, Bigger, Better approach

BTB, BTC and BTBTC marketing and media expert across Health and Medical channels

Provides channels and customers insights to local BMs

Partners with sales for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers POS

Drives, together with sales, a full digital funnel approach and improves sales & marketing productivity, fully leveraging DME and CRM for scalable digital activities.

Drives customer education in line with global guidance and leveraging globally produced material (where applicable )

Drives marketing operation and sales support (where applicable e.g. sampling, POS production, website translation )

Manages and secures personal development of team members (where applicable )
