Job Description
Source, identify, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for various technologies in the US market.
Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources.
Work closely with bench sales and marketing teams to place OPT candidates with clients.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate skills and experience.
Guide candidates on resume preparation, interview preparation, and job opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with OPT candidates regarding available job opportunities.
Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
Maintain daily reports and update recruitment trackers.
Develop strong relationships with universities, consultants, and vendors.
Required Skills
Experience in OPT recruiting / US Staffing
Good understanding of US work authorization (OPT, CPT, H1B)
Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
