About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other platforms.
Design creative posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports using social media analytics tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop campaigns and promotional content.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Work with influencers and brand partners when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with social media advertising and campaign optimization.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

Depends on your Knowledge and Work Experience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
