Position: Sales Manager Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Territory: Entire Chhattisgarh Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month + TA/DA + Incentives (As per Company Policy)

Samson Scientifics & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality surgical and medical products across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to our business network and strengthen our presence throughout Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage and the distributor and dealer network across Chhattisgarh.

Appoint new distributors, dealers, and institutional customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, pharmacies, and distributors.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs).

Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support business development.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and outstanding recovery.

Coordinate with the Accounts, Dispatch, and Production teams for smooth order execution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Ensure achievement of territory-wise sales objectives and business growth.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Surgical, or Medical Device Sales.

Proven experience in distributor management and institutional sales.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh.

Preferred Candidate

Existing network with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in Chhattisgarh.

Strong team management and business development skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
