About the Role This role requires a skilled Business Analyst with experience in PowerApps projects to analyze business needs and create process flows, business cases, and other relevant documents. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Create process flows, business cases, BRDs, and FSDs to meet business needs
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using PowerApps
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions
Design and implement user-centric solutions using PowerApps
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and solutions
Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
Identify and resolve problems using strong analytical skills
Communicate solutions and plans to stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Manage and analyze business needs to develop solutions
Create business cases and process flows to meet business requirements
Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret business needs
Develop and maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solve problems using strong problem-solving skills
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field
Have 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to PowerApps projects
Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Good to Have
Have Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200)
Understand integration of PowerApps with O365, SharePoint, Teams, or external systems via connectors
Have knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
