About the Role Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements, analyzing existing workflows, and designing process maps to support automation initiatives. The role involves conducting feasibility studies, testing automated solutions, and ensuring they meet business needs. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
Analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for automation.
Designing process maps and documentation to support RPA development using Python.
Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation initiatives.
Testing and validating automated solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Requirements
Managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for process changes.
Utilizing strong analytical skills to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Applying excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Applying proficiency in Python and familiarity with RPA tools.
Good to Have
Holding Six Sigma certification to ensure process improvement methodologies are applied effectively.
Demonstrating proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis).
Showing experience with process automation (e.g., RPA Automation Anywhere).
Having experience working in Agile environments.
