We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, environment strategies, and release management processes to enable faster, reliable, and high-quality Salesforce deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gearset or Copado.
Manage source control repositories (Git-based) and enforce branching strategies .
Own and execute release management processes, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of deployments across environments.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
Manage Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs) and ensure environment readiness.
Implement and maintain version control and change tracking best practices.
Monitor deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Establish governance and compliance controls aligned with enterprise DevOps standards.
