About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing interfaces for existing and upcoming digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Improve the UI/UX of existing and upcoming digital platforms.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design responsive dashboards and optimize user journeys for better usability.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Work closely with development teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech ,B.E, Computer Science Engineering,IT (Information Technology) or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, dashboard design, and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern design systems.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend design best practices will be an added advantage.
Strong visual design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
