ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead (L4) for one of our clients to drive end-to-end Test Automation strategy and delivery across enterprise banking engagements. This role bridges technical engineering excellence with strategic client delivery - architecting scalable UiPath Test Automation frameworks, enforcing quality governance in regulated banking environments, and leading technical teams. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and business stakeholders, ensuring test scenarios reflect core banking logic and rigorous quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership & Architecture Test Strategy & Architecture:

Test Strategy & Architecture: Define and own end-toend test automation strategy, risk-based coverage, quality gates, and REFramework / Test Cloud standards.

Framework Governance: Architect and enforce reusable, modular, and scalable automation assets leveraging UiPath Object Repository and Test Suite.

Technical Escalation & QA: Serve as final technical escalation for complex defects, integrations, and toolchain blockers; perform code reviews and enforce best practices.

Platform Innovation: Drive modern automation techniques including UiPath Autopilot for Testers, AI-driven testing, and Agentic Automation.

Delivery, Domain & Stakeholder Management

Banking Quality Governance: Apply core banking domain logic (Payments, Lending, GL, Account Mgmt, Regulatory) to ensure test coverage targets true business risk.

Delivery & Metrics Ownership: Track key KPIs (Coverage, Defect Escape Rate, Cycle Time, Automation ROI) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical and risk outcomes for banking executives, BAs, and business SMEs.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor L1–L3 test engineers, conduct capability worksho

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: 8–12 years in IT, with 3+ years in a Technical/Test Automation Lead role managing client-facing delivery.

UiPath Test Suite Mastery: 5+ years hands-on experience in Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and Test Automation activities.

Traceability & Test Data: Expertise in configuring requirement-to-test case traceability in Test Manager and data strategies.

ALM Tool Integration: Hands-on experience integrating UiPath Test Manager with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Micro Focus ALM.

Agile/SAFe Delivery: Proven track record operating within Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks in enterprise settings.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications

Core Banking Platforms: Exposure to FIS, Jack Henry, Temenos, or enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce).

DevOps & CI/CD: Integrating UiPath test suites into DevOps continuous delivery pipelines in change-controlled environments.

Complementary Test Stack: Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Tricentis, or performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Advanced Ecosystem: Experience with Document Understandin

Preferred Certifications: UiPath Certified Solution and Architect ISTQB CTAL-TM

Mandatory Certifications:

UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)

UiPath Test Automation Specialist

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
