What you have
Required Qualifications
8+ years of related work experience or bachelor’s degree with 7+ years related work experience.
4+ years’ experience with developing Java, Spring-Boot, Spring Framework, Cloud based development,
Rest and Micro Services and Micro-UI development.
4+ years of Experience with SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, MongoDB 5.0 etc.)
4+ years of Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns (RabbitMQ, KAFKA)
Strong expertise in system design from mid-scale to enterprise application design.
Strong ability to take proposed architecture and/or leadership goals and translate them into detailed technical design documents and lay out the solution roadmap for the engineering teams.
Strong ability to Design for functional and non-functional qualities, including availability, resiliency, security, and performance.
Experience coaching junior, staff level developers.
Experience in the full SDLC including delivery.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in a Scaled Agile environment
Understands security, scaling, performance, and availability concerns.
1-3 years’ experience with Atlassian tool suites Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence
Strong analytical, communication and problem resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with cloud native development, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong Experience with continuous build process using GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Jenkins
Strong experience with performance engineering, monitoring, and related tooling (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, PCF metrics).
Experience with modern development practices such as test-driven (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD)
Familiarity with test frameworks like Cucumber, Selenium
