Job Summary
Required Technical Skills:
o
Strong expertise in C# / .NET development.
o
Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.
o
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
o
Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
o
Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and event-driven systems.
o
CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
o
API design (REST, gRPC) and microservices architecture.
o
Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
•
Collaboration & Soft Skills:
o
Excellent communication skills in English.
o
Proven experience working with European teams or in European project environments.
o
Strong critical thinking and ability to break down high-level technical requirements.
o
Comfortable bridging technical and business perspectives.
o
Experience working in agile teams and distributed environments. Hands-on experience with collaborative workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Teams
•
Preferred Experience:
o
8-10 years in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role.
o
Experience in system migration or modernization projects.
o
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns.
o
Exposure to BizTalk is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
o
Support the technical design and development of a new backend system in Azure.
o
Drive the migration from BizTalk to a cloud-native architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
o
Ensure the system is designed for automated testing and high reliability.
o
Collaborate closely with developers, business IT stakeholders, and project leadership in Germany.
o
Act as a technical mentor and decision-maker within the team.
o
Facilitate agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
