About Position:

We are seeking a Technical Lead / .NET Lead with 12-14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using modern Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Microservices, Web APIs, Cloud Platforms (preferably GCP), Messaging Systems, and Agile delivery practices. This role requires technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, release management support, and ownership of end-to-end software delivery across complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

Execute the development pipeline and ensure successful delivery of software products from development through QA and production.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to decompose user stories, design solutions, and prioritize development activities.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.

Implement and promote automated testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), to ensure software quality.

Support system integration efforts across multiple applications and platforms.

Work closely with Release Management teams to assemble releases and continuously improve release processes.

Identify technical risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

Design, prototype, validate, and implement application solutions aligned with business requirements.

Respond to and resolve production incidents, service requests, and operational issues within defined SLA commitments.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed and cloud-based systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and support new features and releases.

Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

12-14 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

8+ years of Experience in .Net core with New Versions.

5+ years of team leadership experience and 3+ years of technical leadership experience within Agile Scrum teams.

Strong hands-on coding expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Microservices.

Extensive experience with Visual Studio and enterprise application development.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), SOA, Design Patterns, UML, and software architecture principles.

Experience building and managing RESTful and SOAP-based Web Services.

Strong experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and transaction-processing systems.

Experience with application development environments, IDEs, application servers, Git, DevOps tools, unit testing frameworks, and defect management tools.

Expertise in Agile software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Experience with Cloud Platforms, preferably GCP, or equivalent experience with Azure, AWS, or PCF.

Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as MSMQ, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and Kafka.

Knowledge of Aerospike or other NoSQL databases in high-volume distributed environments.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.

Strong understanding of modern architecture standards, development guidelines, and enterprise application frameworks.

Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.

Strong planning, ownership, mentoring, and leadership capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
