We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both strategic HR functions and end-to-end recruitment. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies while ensuring the organisation attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning HR and hiring strategies with business goals
Partner with business leaders for workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs and building talent pipelines to support business expansion
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hiring decisions
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies
Monitor and analyse HR and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) to improve effectiveness
Maintain accurate HR records and continuously enhance HR processes and systems
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field
At least 8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and HRBP exposure
Strong written and verbal communication with effective stakeholder management capabilities
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
Analytical, resourceful, and able to derive actionable insights
Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and ability to build trust across levels
