Your impact

You’ll play a key role in growing our data centre capability across Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider APAC region delivering resilient, efficient, and future-ready infrastructure.
Lead with purpose
Take ownership of electrical engineering across data centre projects—from concept through to commissioning
Set technical direction including design strategy, resilience, and risk management
Be the go-to expert for complex power systems and mission-critical design decisions
Deliver complex, meaningful work
Oversee systems such as HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, substations, and controls
Review key studies (load flow, short circuit, protection, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient designs
Lead design reviews, value engineering, and commissioning strategy
Drive projects and outcomes
Manage delivery across all stages: feasibility → design → construction → handover
Balance scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring high quality outcomes
Work closely with clients, utilities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
Build relationships and grow the business
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders
Support bids, proposals, and early-stage client conversations
Identify new opportunities and strengthen our presence in the data centre sector
Grow people and capability
Lead and mentor engineers across the region
Help build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team culture Contribute to recruitment, capability development, and best practice standards
Champion digital delivery and sustainability
Guide BIM and digital workflows across projects
Support procurement, site activities, and commissioning
Drive energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions
Here's what you'll need
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Professional Engineering Board.
Chartered Engineer status, ASEAN Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional registration.
Direct experience with hyperscale, colocation, cloud, enterprise or AI/HPC data centre projects in Singapore, Malaysia or APAC.
Experience with fast-track, design-build, EPCM, consultant-led and contractor-led delivery models.
Strong BIM and digital delivery experience, including Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, model-based coordination and data-rich deliverables.
Experience in authority approvals, utility engagement, grid connection studies, power procurement interfaces and stakeholder management in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
Commercial acumen in fee development, project controls, variations, risk management, contract interfaces and proposal development.
