Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
Supportare attività di project management e coordinamento progettuale in ambito ICT, con particolare riferimento a progetti nel settore sanitario, seguendo l’intero ciclo di vita del progetto: kick-off, pianificazione, esecuzione, monitoraggio e chiusura.
Contribuire all’analisi dei processi sanitari e dei modelli organizzativi, supportando l’implementazione e l’evoluzione delle principali soluzioni applicative ICT in ambito sanitario.
Predisporre documentazione progettuale, report di avanzamento e materiali di supporto utilizzando i principali strumenti di project management.
Entrando a far parte di un team giovane e dinamico sarete coinvolti in progetti volti ad individuare soluzioni e modelli di funzionamento finalizzati a migliorare la produttività, l’efficienza e la qualità dei servizi offerti dai nostri clienti.

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:
Esperienza consolidata, di almeno due anni, nel ruolo di Project Manager in progetti ICT, con particolare riferimento al settore sanitario, maturata attraverso il coordinamento di iniziative progettuali complesse, la gestione di team multidisciplinari, la pianificazione e il monitoraggio delle attività, nonché il governo dei rapporti con clienti e stakeholder.
Laurea magistrale preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale o Ingegneria Biomedica o Economia Sanitaria
Interesse per il settore pubblico e sanitario, tematiche di organizzazione contabile e compliance
Certificazioni ed abilitazioni professionali
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti e tool di project managment

By joining our Governance, Risk & Compliance Team in Bologna, dedicated to Public Sector and Healthcare clients, your experience will be fully recognized and utilized. You will have the chance to become a trusted point of reference for key clients, helping them enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and organizations, thus creating significant added value and increasing the impact of the services delivered.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Support project management and project coordination activities within ICT initiatives, with a particular focus on healthcare projects, covering the entire project lifecycle: kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project objectives, while meeting timelines, budget, and quality requirements.
Contribute to the analysis of healthcare processes and organizational models, supporting the implementation and evolution of key ICT applications and solutions within the healthcare sector.
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and supporting materials using the main project management tools and methodologies.
As part of a young and dynamic team, you will work on projects aimed at identifying solutions and operating models to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered by our clients.
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications
This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:
Consolidated experience of at least two years in the role of Project Manager within ICT projects, with particular reference to the healthcare sector, gained through the coordination of complex project initiatives, the management of multidisciplinary teams, the planning and monitoring of activities, as well as the management of relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Economics.
Interest in the public and healthcare sector, with a focus on accounting organization and compliance topics.
Professional certifications or qualifications
Excellent knowledge of English, preferably supported by study or work experience abroad
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent knowledge of the main project management tools and methodologies.

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €33,000 for the Consultan position and from €31,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Consultant position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
