As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and lead the delivery of high-profile security projects across commercial, enterprise and government sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will:
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects across Brisbane and beyond
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and technicians to resolve technical challenges and maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations across all worksites
Act as a key point of contact for customers, building trust and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and maintain project documentation including ITPs, ITCs, cable schedules, drawings, and commissioning reports
Support tender responses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in project management within the electronic security or related industry
Strong understanding of electronic security platforms and integration (Genetec, Axis, Avigilon, Integriti)
Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high customer satisfaction
Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting
Current Driver’s Licence and Security Industry Licence
