Senior Officer, Product Engineer

Main purpose of the role:

The person who executed to support test Pre-production samples under engineering and expertise condition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality pre-production samples and product launches. Additionally, foster team development and continuous improvement in alignment with the organization's C&S strategy.

Key accountabilities:

New Product Testing and Delivery:

Execute the new product SOV testing phase, Support and execute Pre-production sample, and Handover packages that meet established criteria.

Manage the new product D testing phase, ensuring the timely lunch to mass production and Handover packages that meet criteria. (BB Plant)

Product Master Optimization:

Collaborate with the team to design and optimize Product Master sprue, ensuring quality and suitability for mass production.

Process Optimization:

Execute to obtain parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results, representing a mass production process.

Ensuring Hanging, parameters, consumption and plating Program for new products (BB Plant)

Work Instruction and Monitoring:

Provide work instructions and training for new product mass production.

Monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing processes to achieve set targets.

Information Summary and Handover:

Collect and summarize information and testing results of new products, ensuring alignment, and handover to the Production team, making it ready for mass production.

Standard Time and BOM Accuracy:

Capture of standard time and verify BOM accuracy for material planning and master data preparation.

Product Master Feedback:

Provide feedback and recommend changes to the Product Master based on testing results required for mass production.

Collaborative:

Support C&S strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Support Supervisor in any assignment.

Candidate Description

Educational background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Field of study:

(Preferred education)

สาขาที่จบการศึกษา

Field of study : Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Jewelry and Gem Design or other related fields

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

ประสบการณ์

At least 1-3 years experience in manufacturing, NPI, production, or process engineer position or at least 3 years or above background in jewelry production background.

Personal Competencies:

Good understand Engineering methodology and improvement techniques.

Have analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good coordination and communication skill.

Have computer skills such as Microsoft Office etc.
