This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ (Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is work from home). This is not a virtual / remote position.

This position is a 6 month contract role.

We're looking for a strategic and analytical Recruiter to join our Technical Talent Acquisition team.

As a candidate's initial point of contact, you'll be a talent and brand ambassador for Wayfair. With hiring managers, you'll act as a consultative thought partner, offering industry insights and process recommendations. What You’ll Do

Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer negotiation, to meet established metrics.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through clear, frequent communication and reporting.

Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle.

Deliver a world-class candidate experience by applying empathy and transparency with candidates.

Leverage data and critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy.

What You’ll Need

Around 1 year of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment or sourcing, ideally within a fast-paced environment or a staffing agency.

An interest in or foundational understanding of technical hiring, particularly in areas like Software Engineering, Data Science/Machine Learning, Analytics, or Product Management.

Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment with competing demands.

Comfort with a data-driven environment and the ability to use metrics to inform decision-making.

Strong partnership skills, an action-oriented mindset, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
