Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Quality Analyst will support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for Sales and Distribution modernization initiatives, including employer, broker, enrollment, benefits, and API integration platforms

This role will develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across web applications, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance

The analyst will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and offshore teams to validate business requirements and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems

Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; supporting test automation efforts; identifying and tracking defects; validating data quality and system performance; and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives

The role will also participate in Agile ceremonies, support release validation activities, and ensure solutions align with enterprise quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or application testing, with experience supporting enterprise applications and system integrations

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, along with familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices

Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience testing API integrations, web applications, distributed systems, and automated workflows

Experience with test automation frameworks, data validation, SQL, and performance or regression testing

Exposure to AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, or sales and distribution platforms
