［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

2nmおよびBeyond 2nm世代の先端LSIロジック製造におけるマスクリリース作業を担当します。

お客様からLSI設計データを受領した後、データ変換や検証作業を行いマスクデータを作成し、データ転 送や管理を実施いたします。

Kerf(Scribe Line)設計、マスク検図、マスク発注、日程管理、各種システム連携、データベース作 成・管理・問題解決補助

Responsible for mask release work in the manufacturing of advanced LSI logic for 2nm and Beyond 2nm generations.

After receiving LSI design data from customers, we perform data conversion and verification work, create mask data, and handle data transfer and management.

・Kerf (Scribe Line) design, mask inspection, mask ordering, schedule management, system integration, database creation and management, and troubleshooting assistance

Work Experience

※経験年数 ： 1年以上

以下の何れかの業務経験

半導体レイアウト(1)経験

1...Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, Calibreなどのレイアウトツールを使用したレイアウト経験

Linux操作経験

業務手順書に沿って実行し、実行内容、検証内容を理解して結果をまとめられる

業務プロセスをヒアリングし、実行手順書を作成・改善出来る

Excel: Excel, PowerPoint, Word中級レベル以上

その他: PCスキル中級以上

※Required years of experience – 1 year

Any of the following work experience

Experience in semiconductor layout (1)

1... Experience using layout tools such as Virtuoso, Custom Compiler, and Calibrey

Experience operating Linux

Execute according to the business procedure, understand the execution and verification details, and summarize the results

Able to listen to business processes and create and improve execution procedure manuals.

Excel: Intermediate level or above in Excel, PowerPoint, or Word

Other: PC skills intermediate or higher

複数工程に跨る手順、プログラム、システム、データベースを理解し改善の提案・実行が出来る

Experience with Kerf-build (ScribeLine design)

Experience managing mask delivery dates

Understand procedures, programs, systems, and databases spanning multiple processes, and be able to propose and implement improvements

語学力 Language Skill
