［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

信頼性評価装置のオペレーション（フルオートもしくはセミオートプローバにおけるウエハおよび パッケージ等のセッティング、測定制御PCにおける信頼性評価ソフトの操作、などの取扱を含む）

装置トラブル対応

評価サンプル（ウエハ等）および装置の管理等を実施

Operation of reliability evaluation devices (wafers and Includes handling of package settings, operation of reliability evaluation software on measurement control PCs, etc.)

Handling equipment troubles

Evaluation samples (wafers, etc.) and equipment management are carried out

必須要件 Must Have

※経験年数：1年程度

半導体デバイスの電気特性（信頼性を含む）評価装置の操作経験

ウエハ取り扱い等付帯する各種作業経験（パッケージでの作業経験を除く）

ウエハおよびパッケージ、評価装置等の安全・慎重な取扱いが出来る （安全を考えてからの行動ができる）

指導を踏まえて信頼性評価装置の適切な操作が出来る

コミュニケーション力、チームで協力する

Excel: 中級レベル以上

その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）

Required years of experience – 1 year

Experience operating electrical characteristics (including reliability) evaluation devices for semiconductor devices

Experience in various tasks related to wafer handling (excluding experience working with packaging)

Safe and careful handling of wafers, packages, and evaluation equipment(You can act with safety in mind.)

Able to properly operate reliability evaluation devices based on guidance

Communication skills and teamwork

Excel: Intermediate level or higher

Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)

Keysight社SPECS、東京精密社フルオートプローバ、 Form Factor社ないしはMPI社セミオートプローバ取扱経験

プログラミングスキル（特にC#、C++）

Keysight SPECS, Tokyo Seimitsu full-auto probes,Experience handling semi-auto probes from Form Factor or MPI

Programming skills (especially C# and C++)

語学力 Language Skill

英語‐ 不問

日本語‐ JLPT N2 以上

English – Not mandatory

Japanese – JLPT N2 or above
