Sr Developer - Full Stack - Java + React - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (Primary – 70%)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot preferred)

Architect microservices-based solutions and ensure high performance and reliability

Implement secure, efficient, and reusable backend components

Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability

Integrate with third-party services and internal systems

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making

Frontend Development (Secondary – 30%)

Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular

Build reusable UI components and ensure consistent UX/UI standards

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs

Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in full stack development

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development

Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems

Proficiency in Angular (v8+ preferred), TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies

Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
