About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, and Angular to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves building robust backend services, creating responsive frontend solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Experience with AWS, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development best practices and cloud-native application development.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and Angular (v2+).

Build and enhance RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive frontend components.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Develop cloud-native applications and deploy them on AWS environments.

Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker and CI/CD best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and performance optimization initiatives.

Work closely with Agile teams, actively contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-up meetings.

Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.

Integrate AI-assisted development practices and tools such as Claude AI to improve productivity and code quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.

Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications and development processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern web application development using Python and Angular technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a passion for building scalable solutions, and hands-on experience with cloud and containerized environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with expertise in Python and Django.

Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v2+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, backend architecture, and microservices-based applications.

Experience with AWS Cloud Services and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments.

Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD implementation.

Proficiency in database design, optimization, and integration with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, including exposure to Claude AI or similar AI platforms.

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, security, code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex application issues in production environments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members when required.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native application development will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.

AWS Certification(s) or relevant cloud certifications.

Experience building enterprise-scale applications.

Exposure to Generative AI, AI-assisted coding tools, or machine learning integrations in web applications.
