This role focuses on improving system stability, operational efficiency, and service reliability through advanced monitoring, automation, and engineering practices.
The position integrates DevOps and SRE disciplines with modern observability platforms, infrastructure automation, and AI-enabled operational capabilities, including intelligent monitoring, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation workflows.
This role contributes to ensuring platform performance, availability, and scalability while supporting incident response, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise technology standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reliability Engineering & Operations
Design and support highly available, scalable, and resilient systems and infrastructure platforms
Establish and maintain service reliability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Monitor system health and performance and implement proactive issue detection and resolution strategies
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation activities
DevOps & Automation
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation solutions
Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and automate provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and tooling
Observability & Tooling
