Primary Responsibilities:

This position is for Sr Dev ops engineer who will be helping with the following items:

Set up Monitoring

Automation for MFT platform

PLM of infrastructures

Incident and Problem record resolution

Provide solutions to customers requirement for file transfers

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience in IT industry with core domain as Managed File transfer

Good experience with the github action to build CI/CD pipeline

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

Hands-on experience with Chef

Knowledge of Python and shell scripting with various Linux commands and concepts

Understanding of various MFT concepts and file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, cloud transfers

Preferred Qualification:

Understanding of various cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS
