Senior Automation Engineer – Cloud & DevOps (Contract) 6-8 Years Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to build and maintain automation frameworks for cloud-based applications. The role focuses on API automation, CI/CD integration, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and API testing

Automate API requests, response validation, file uploads, and regression tests

Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)

Work with AWS and GCP cloud services

Support Docker and Kubernetes based deployments

Implement performance and security testing

Monitor applications using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve quality and reliability

Required Skills

Automation tools: Selenium, Postman, JUnit

Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash, SQL

Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP

DevOps tools: Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes

Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana

Version control: Git

Experience & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in automation or DevOps engineering

Strong experience in API automation and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with cloud-native and containerized applications

Certifications (Preferred)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certifications

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
