Project Engineer / Project Manager (4MgjZh)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join a building and construction team, supporting projects across Singapore with an office based in Tuas and transport provided from Joon Koon MRT. This is a permanent, 5-day role (8:00am – 5:00pm) offering a competitive salary package with performance bonuses, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability and growth in project management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervise daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to design specifications and plans

Lead and coordinate the site team to execute scheduled activities efficiently

Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to meet timelines and budget targets

Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring work quality and resolving on-site issues promptly

Liaise with main contractors and consultants on design matters, approvals, and technical clarifications

Participate in progress meetings and provide updates on site developments and project status

Uphold EHS standards and maintain proper site housekeeping practices

Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and required quality standards

Support additional duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

At least 2 years of experience in project management within building or civil works projects
