We're partnering with an exceptionally well-funded AI startup in Munich that is building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software.

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-calibre engineering team where you'll have direct influence on the product, architecture and technical direction from an early stage.

What you'll be building

Production-grade LLM applications

AI Agents & Agentic Workflows

RAG systems

AI-powered product features used by real customers

Scalable backend services and APIs

AI infrastructure from prototype through production

What they're looking for

Strong Python engineering experience

Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs

Experience with technologies such as:

RAG

LangChain / LangGraph

MCP

OpenAI / Anthropic APIs

Vector databases

FastAPI

Docker

Kubernetes

AWS / Azure / GCP

Bonus points for:

Startup or Founding Engineer experience

Building AI products from 0→1

Strong software engineering fundamentals

Experience taking AI products into production
