Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions

Set up, and monitor production equipment

Resolve minor malfunctions, and operate the production equipment

Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations

Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument maker or similar

Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics

Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred)

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
