We're looking for a Territory Executive – Consumer Electronics to build and manage key relationships across Optus' Consumer Electronics partner network. Initially focused on the Harvey Norman store network, this role offers the opportunity to support across additional Consumer Electronics partners over time.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys coaching teams, influencing outcomes and delivering measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with Consumer Electronics Franchisees, Sales Managers and Sales teams.
Coach and develop teams to improve sales performance and customer experiences.
Implement business plans, promotions and growth initiatives.
Analyse performance and provide insights to improve revenue and profitability.
Support compliance, operational best practice and continuous improvement.
Deliver training and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What makes you perfect
Experience in telecommunications, consumer electronics or a related industry.
Strong sales, relationship management and commercial acumen.
Proven success achieving business and financial targets.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
