Could you be the full-time Overhead Controller in St. Bruno, Canada, we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting Canada and USA headquarters by providing financial visibility and partnering with department heads and management teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as support functions and operational teams), lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monthly closing activities, including accruals and financial adjustments, but also deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and cost control.

We’ll look to you for:

Performing month-end activities related to overhead and support functions

Preparing accruals, journal entries, and financial adjustments/reclassifications

Handling intercompany transactions and allocations

Tracking and closing the timesheet system

Ensuring timely and accurate financial close processes

Preparing and analyzing cost center reports (actuals vs. budget)

Investigating and explaining variances, highlighting key drivers

Conducting headcount analysis (actuals vs. budget)

Coordinating and leading the budgeting process for support functions

Providing financial guidance and actionable recommendations to department heads

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Knowledge of SAP and Excel

Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English. Bilingual French & English. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company
