Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Buildings Division. Reporting to the District Manager, this role plays a key part in the successful delivery of complex commercial, institutional, and mixed-use construction projects. The Senior Project Coordinator provides leadership in project planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination while supporting project execution from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with project teams, consultants, trade partners, and clients, you will help drive project performance, quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
Lead Project Coordination: Support planning and execution activities including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost tracking, forecasting, and progress monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
Manage Project Documentation & Contracts: Coordinate drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, site instructions, purchase orders, trade contracts, and project records to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Drive Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate project meetings, track action items, prepare progress reports, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams
Support Construction Operations: Collaborate closely with site teams to monitor productivity, track costs, resolve project issues, and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
Champion Quality & Safety: Promote compliance with project-specific safety and quality plans, support inspections and audits, and help ensure industry-leading project performance standards are maintained
The Right Tools for the Job
Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, scheduling, contract administration, and cost management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software; strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience: 5+ years of experience coordinating commercial, institutional, mixed-use, or high-rise building projects within a general contracting environment. Experience supporting projects valued at $40M+ is considered an asset
Compensation
Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum
Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
