Responsibilities
Develop evidence-based, innovative front-end design solutions aligned with corporate standards
Create and refine design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and build-ready specifications
Contribute to design research planning and usability testing to enhance digital services
Provide justifiable recommendations for design decisions, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure accessibility standards are met and recommend improvements where needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a front end designer with a robust portfolio demonstrating UX artifacts, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
Strong proficiency in creating design solutions for various platforms and fidelities
Solid experience working within Agile teams and methodologies
Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively
Nice to Have Skills
Familiarity with human-centered design approaches and modern data practices
Experience in government or large-scale digital transformation projects
Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance regulations
Preferred Education and Experience
Relevant degree or diploma in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
Several years of experience designing digital interfaces for diverse applications

Ability to adapt to varying project needs and collaborate across multiple teams
Flexibility to work across multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities
