Your role in our mission

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java /J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, specifications, and scalable solutions
Develop and optimize database components, SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions using SQL Server and DB2.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Design and implement automated testing solutions using ReadyAPI, Groovy Scripts, and Service Virtualization.
Support application deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, WebLogic, and VMware Tanzu environments.
Develop reporting, dashboard, and automation solutions using Python to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Create technical documentation, design diagrams, and process flows using MS Visio.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with infrastructure teams to restore services
Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers when required.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities utilizing agile methodologies.
What we're looking for
6 or more years of software development experience in enterprise application development and support.
Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JDBC, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture
Experience developing applications for healthcare programs.
Strong database development skills using SQL Server, DB2, SQL, Stored Procedures, and Data Analysis.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Python for automation, reporting, data analysis, and web scraping.
Experience with WebLogic, VMware Tanzu, Tomcat, REST/SOAP Services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Hands-on experience with ReadyAPI, SOAP UI, CA Service Virtualization, and automated testing frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to work independently while also leading or mentoring team members.
Other skills and qualifications:
Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting large-scale healthcare systems and mission-critical production environments.
Experience with cloud-native application modernization and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of healthcare data analysis, reporting solutions, and operational analytics.
What you should expect in this role
Participate in on-call support, application deployments, and production issue resolution as needed.
Support change management, release management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate effectively in a remote and distributed team environment.
Occasionally support after-hours deployments, maintenance activities, and critical incident responses
Travel requirements: 0–10% based on project needs.
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Compensation
