Delivery Manager

Job Title: Delivery Manager

I identify and oversee delivery of value stream outcomes aligned with Business Outcome Leads, especially where delivery is complex or affects multiple products or value streams. I ensure outcomes are measurable, documented, tracked and realised, so benefits and operating model impacts are evidenced and dependencies surface early in line with the change framework.

In this role, you will:

Agree business-approved outcome and success measures

Define scope, assumptions, dependencies and success criteria

Work with relevant outcome owners to co-create an outcome-specific roadmap.

Track benefits and measures with owners, explain variances

Manage dependencies, risks and issues; remove blockers

Prepare governance materials; track decisions and actions

Align product roadmaps to strategic cross-product outcomes; flag orphan work

Coordinate integration points and enablement work

Engage architects early; record constraints and decisions

Facilitate process mapping and improvement workshops

Capture role, control and handoff impacts in delivery plans

Provide planning inputs: objectives, milestones and risks

Run cross-team rhythms: dependency reviews and check-ins as required to add value and maintain control.

Maintain audit-ready delivery records and evidence

To be successful you will:

Establishing credible baselines and benefit attribution

Slicing target architecture into deliverable increments

Securing timely decisions on trade-offs

Avoiding outcomes framed as outputs, not impacts

Keeping measures consistent and not manual

Preventing roadmap churn without outcome traceability

Engaging architecture early to avoid rework and delay

Escalating blockers with options, not just status

Business owners and governance stakeholders
