How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Customer Engagement and Loyalty (CE&L) organization at Delta works to better understand and deepen our relationship with customers by offering new ways to engage with the SkyMiles program and the Delta brand. Our focus is on creating richer experiences for SkyMiles Members by adding utility to their miles and providing more ways to leverage their loyalty both onboard and beyond the flight. Our broad portfolio of loyalty partnerships and products helps Delta diversify its commercial strategies, high-margin revenue streams, and support long-term growth.

As part of the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team, this individual will support initiatives across Travel Products (Delta Stays, Delta Cars, Delta Vacations, Delta Cruises, and Trip Protection) and/or Loyalty Partnerships. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience supporting customer-facing products, partner programs, and business initiatives in a collaborative environment. The team works with a diverse portfolio of travel, retail, and lifestyle partners, including loved brands such as Starbucks, Airbnb, Uber, Hertz, and Expedia. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Business & Partner Support: Support projects and day-to-day activities across Travel Products and Loyalty Partnerships.

Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer feedback and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement; support reporting, tracking, and data analysis that inform business decisions.

Continuous Improvement: Assist with process improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and the customer experience; support competitive benchmarking and other ad hoc analyses.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives and the execution of team priorities.
