The Boeing Company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Manufacturing Research & Development team in Ridley Park, PA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career and Expert Manufacturing Operations Analysts.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide factory support by working with existing production processes and equipment.
Identify and implement effective manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment to meet build requirements.
Support repair efforts for defective conditions on aircraft.
Identify & Drive process improvements in cost, quality and schedule.
Participate in Root Cause Corrective Actions to prevent defects.
Maintain daily collaboration with shop personnel.
Work independently and proactively.
Focus specifically on paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and tape materials/processes used in Ridley Park production.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Working knowledge of PHL paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, masking engineering/specifications.
Level 3: Six (6) or more years’ hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
Level 4: Ten (10) or more years’ hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with process improvement implementation in production areas.
Experience implementing manufacturing technologies, tools and equipment.
Experience referencing engineering drawings, specifications, departures utilizing REDARS, PSDS, and IPDM.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000
Level 4: $98,000 - $175,000

Compensation
This Operations role pays $80k-$175k/yr. Within typical range for operations roles in United States.
