The co-op will work closely with experienced leaders to support planning, execution, requirements work, stakeholder coordination, and delivery follow-through. What you’ll do

Support program and product management work across a large enterprise initiative

Independently manage smaller projects with guidance from experienced leaders

Help coordinate work across HR, IT, development teams, and other business partners

Support requirements gathering, documentation, and refinement for evolving workstreams

Help translate business needs into clear, organized materials that support delivery teams

Assist with backlog, task, and action tracking to keep work visible and moving forward

Build and maintain project plans, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up actions

Prepare slides, status updates, and materials for working sessions and leadership discussions
