What You Will Do:

Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.

Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.

Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.

Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.

Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.

Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.

Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.

Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.

Participate in and lead meetings, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish through professional written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Proficient in English.

Qualifications We Preferred:

Experience in a senior leadership or managerial role.

Experience implementing or managing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or similar maintenance excellence frameworks.

Experience managing budgets, maintenance planning, or CAPEX projects related to equipment upgrades or facility improvements.

Experience working in highly regulated or high-complexity manufacturing environments

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
