What You'll Do

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will help deliver an exceptional employee experience by:

Administering Total Rewards programs, including benefits and equity-related initiatives, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Supporting employee benefit programs, enrollment activities, reimbursements, and program administration.

Managing employee and vendor inquiries while delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support.

Preparing reports, audits, census files, and analytical insights that support business and HR decision-making.

Monitoring data quality, identifying trends, and recommending opportunities for process improvements.

Generating reports and supporting financial tracking related to employee benefits and Total Rewards programs.

Maintaining benefit-related records while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

Supporting compensation updates, bonus administration, and related system activities.

Investigating and resolving data discrepancies, reporting issues, and vendor exceptions.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, vendors, and cross-functional partners to improve operational efficiency.

Supporting internal controls, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Delivering training, process documentation, and knowledge sharing that strengthen the employee experience.

What Will Help You Thrive

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy transforming data into meaningful insights while helping create programs that positively impact employees.

We would love to meet you if you bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Two to three years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Benefits Administration, Compensation, or a related Human Resources function.

Experience working with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and integrated HR technologies.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, nested IF formulas, reporting, and data analysis.

Experience managing reports, vendor files, audits, and large volumes of HR data.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.

Fluent English and Spanish communication skills. French is a plus.
