Participating in system testing, enhancements, and validation activities to ensure successful implementations.

Troubleshooting reporting, system access, and data-related issues while delivering timely support to business stakeholders.

Supporting data governance practices by maintaining documentation, workflows, reporting standards, and security requirements.

Preparing documentation for reports, KPIs, business processes, and operational procedures.

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve reporting efficiency.

Collaborating with HR teams and cross-functional partners to support workforce reporting requests and analytics initiatives.

Continuously expanding your technical expertise while helping improve Workforce Analytics capabilities across the organization.

What Will Help You Thrive

We would love to meet you if you bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
