About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager to help grow and support our contributor community across Latin America. This role combines digital marketing, community engagement, contributor onboarding, and operational support to ensure a high-quality experience for our contributors.
Responsibilities
Recruit new contributors through social media, online communities, referrals, universities, and local partnerships.
Promote marketing campaigns to increase contributor sign-ups and engagement.
Guide new contributors through the onboarding process and answer questions.
Review initial video submissions and provide feedback to improve quality.
Add contributors to customer platforms and assign projects.
Coordinate equipment requests and shipments when required.
Monitor contributor performance and help resolve quality or operational issues.
Track recruitment, onboarding, and contributor activity metrics.
Work with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and contributor experience.
Coordinate contributor-related projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Support day-to-day project execution and operational activities across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, community management, customer support, recruiting, project coordination, or operations.
Strong communication skills in Spanish. English proficiency is preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with social media marketing or online community management is a plus.
Interest in AI, technology, or digital platforms is preferred.
