Litigation Case Coordinator (for US law firm)

Full Time, 9am-5pm EST Pay: $10 USD per hour, $1600 USD per month About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and confident Litigation Case Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our firm, local counsel, and clients. This role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, skilled negotiator, and able to confidently manage multiple cases while ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between the firm, local counsel, and clients.

Negotiate legal fees and engagement terms with local counsel.

Manage case assignments and ensure timely follow-up on all matters.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys and clients.

Track case progress, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records.

Proactively resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Ensure all parties remain informed throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a litigation paralegal, litigation coordinator, or legal case manager.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident, professional, and able to advocate for the firm's interests when working with outside counsel.

Proficient with case management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
