Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Solid experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

and server-side languages (C# and Node.js are required).

Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (React is required).

Experience in AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

Experience with AWS and Cloud deployment.

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI and AWS CDK).

Familiarity with version control systems and their platforms (Git and GitHub are required).

Good understanding of designing RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.

Best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Understanding of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

Advanced English for conversation.

Skills:

Strong algorithm design, logical and reasoning skills.

Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, Experiments, technology evaluations following design-thinking practices.

Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.

Excellent communication, and work in a team environment to collaborate with other Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams.

Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new projects.

Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices within the team.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with Project Managers and other Stakeholders to ensure project success.

Identify and propose solutions for technical debt and system improvements.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
