What will your mission be?
Responsible for providing guidance, coordination, resource allocation, and oversight to execute a wide range of operational activities. Review and approve accounting entries, as well as reporting packages. Additionally, foster a collaborative and constructive environment that supports team growth and development while driving high performance and ensuring the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.
Job Description:
What your day-to-day will loo like:
Develop the team and manage the performance of team members;
Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment within a fast-paced and dynamic organization;
Set clear goals and provide ongoing coaching and development;
Lead the Accounting team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department;
Review and approve accounting entries and financial reporting packages;
Analyze account reconciliations and review financial reports;
Perform account variance analysis for reporting purposes, including month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons, and provide supporting explanations;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while establishing and maintaining effective internal process controls across the organization;
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, enhance quality, and reduce turnaround time;
Plan and implement workflows and routines that support the department's mission and objectives in an efficient and effective manner;
Support the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and best practices;
Ensure compliance with group policies, standards, and internal guidelines;
Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration across teams and business areas.
Requirements:
What you need to take on this challenge:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with an active CRC registration;
Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge;
Advanced English.
