Senior Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in India while supporting broader recruitment efforts across the APAC region, driving efficient and high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes

Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to support regional hiring needs

Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making

Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring requirements

Engage stakeholders effectively to align hiring strategies with business needs and ensure smooth recruitment execution

We’d Love to Hear From You If…

Experience

You have at least 6 years of recruitment experience, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services domain

You have experience supporting hiring in areas such as lending and payments is preferred

You have demonstrated ability to manage recruitment independently in India

Technical Expertise

You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms

You have a good understanding of talent markets across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Australia is preferred

Ways of Working

You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills

You are able to manage recruitment processes independently with accountability for outcomes

You are organised and detail-oriented in managing recruitment data and reporting
