Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA
Must Have Skills:
7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Interaction with the client - Governance calls
SLA adherence
Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
Good to Have
Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance Sheet, Month close & recons, tech, tools
3 Yrs team handling
Excellent communication skills
MS office proficiency
Job Responsibility
Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
AR experience required
Customer service skills
Well-organized and proactive
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally
Good listening skills
Ability to work independently
Tracking budget expenses
Attention to detail
Maintains healthy vendor relationships
PC proficiency
