About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the planning, execution, and management of digital platforms and technology-driven projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical exposure to project coordination, software testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams while ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support for existing and upcoming digital platforms and technology projects.
Assist in software testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure applications meet functional requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deployment-related tasks to facilitate seamless execution.
Track project issues, maintain action logs, and follow up with internal teams and stakeholders for timely resolution.
Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and executing day-to-day project activities.
Maintain accurate project records, status reports, and documentation repositories.
Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user feedback for project improvements.
Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
Support user onboarding, training coordination, and post-deployment activities as required.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, documentation standards, and project timelines.
Perform additional project coordination and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Internship, academic project, or practical exposure to software development, software testing, project coordination, or documentation will be considered an advantage.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Basic understanding of software applications, web-based platforms, and digital technologies.
Familiarity with software testing concepts and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting practices.
Understanding of project management concepts will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Internship or academic project experience in project management, software testing, IT support, or business analysis.
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is desirable.
Exposure to issue tracking or project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
