Role: User Researcher

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid)

Education: B.Des or M.Des (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, and competitive analysis.

Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights.

Create personas, journey maps, and research reports.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive user-centered decisions.

Present research findings and facilitate stakeholder workshops.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in User Research/UX Research.

Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluation, and market research.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with research tools such as Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Maze, or UserTesting is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing research projects is preferred.
